First Lotuff buy. I ordered this primarily as a work bag, and at first I was little concerned it leaned too much towards a tote or luggage. Took it with me a few places and I'm sold, not quite as sleek as a true brief case but the quality is amazing and the functionality of having enough room for a 15 inch laptop, a change of clothes, notebook and chargers is well worth it. This bag really replaces bringing a backpack to work on most days. I almost think it needed a few days of wear to really start shining, it's clearly an item made to be used and worn in and it already looks more the part after a week or two of use. This and a carry on size roller would get me through most trips.

Having owned more briefcases than I can remember, this investment is one that I can see being passed down to the next generation.

As a loyal Lotuff collector I had to pick up the 929 briefcase when it became available in black. I had been considering updating my normal work bag to something a bit more formal that still had a level of style about it and the 929 fit the bill perfectly. The construction is flawless and attention was paid to every detail making it a beautiful accessory for a formal business meeting or taking your laptop to a coffee shop to knock out a few emails before meeting friends for dinner and drinks. My laptop, Ipad and document holder fit beautifully with plenty of room to spare inside while still zipping closed easily. The leather is aging beautifully and maintaining its shape while showing beautiful signs of use.

For a while I was on the hunt for a modern briefcase and finally found it with the 929. I live in NYC plus travel frequently for work so need a bag that holds quite a bit but is manageable as a briefcase and can easily fit under the seat in front of me. The 929 holds all I need when I leave my apartment for the day and not too big for when you meet friends for drinks or dinner. Easily totes my iPad Pro, MacBook Pro, chargers, water canteen, plus other odds and ends. The bag is extremely functional and very well made with the highest quality leather. You will also get lots of compliments.

The 929 plus the large tote is all I need when traveling for either a two-day work trip or a weekend away from the city. Look forward to carrying this bag every day for years to come!

I received the bag in March and have been using it since. I flew with it before the pandemic lockdowns and received stares and compliments. I use it while working at home and end up complimenting myself! The leather feels great, the zippers gleam, and the bag is roomy enough to hold a water bottle, MacBook Air, notepad, a small toiletries bag, two substantial books (think Middlemarch size), four pens, earbuds, wallet, phone, mints and assorted miscellaneous knickknacks. Could probably fit more in, too.

Not only is the bag great, the buying experience is, as well. I contemplated buying a Lotuff bag for a year before deciding to do so, and during that time I corresponded multiple times with Lotuff. I always received cordial, thoughtful responses and never felt pressure.
