I want to start this review by saying that Mary who called me multiple times on her personal cell phone went above and beyond. I ordered this weekender on Labor Day and I just received the bag on 11/22/25. There was a few bumps in the road during the ordering process, and I have to admit I was a bit frustrated. Mary called me multiple times to sort out the expired credit card authorizations, however in the end it was all worth it. When I received the shipment I opened it, hoping I would not be disappointed in the bag because the process was so frustrating. Wow was it all worth it. I work for the billionaire class of the world, and I have the privilege of experiencing the finest sort of things imaginable, (from the sidelines nonetheless) but I still get to see and experience the nicest things you can imagine. When I opened the shipment I was literally astonished. It is so rare to see the level of quality this bag delivered I was speechless. I set the bag on my desk and just looked at it, checking out every detail that was literally perfect. The smell, the softness of the leather, and the quality was unmatched. American craftsmanship and quality are not dead, and Lotuff is carrying the flag of quality proudly. This is truly an heirloom piece to be handed down. I wish there were more things that delivered this degree of quality, I would pay for it. Overall, I am absolutely pleased with this purchase. If you are on the fence, go for it. You will not be disappointed. Now I find myself looking for other things from Lotuff to purchase. Seek out quality and pay the price for it, it will be cheaper in the long run. Bravo Lotuff!
