Beautiful Beautiful product. Lovely color. Great craftsmanship. Exactly what I wanted

15+ years ago my then fiancee gifted me a Lotuff briefcase. I still have it, of course, and it's more beautiful now than it was then. It's one of a kind. As a result, going to Lotuff was a no brainer when I was looking for a small carry-on. The Weekender is simply put best in class. It's beautiful, the perfect size and I'm certain will acquire the same patina as my briefcase over time.

What may be even better is Lotuff's unparalleled customer service. I wanted to get the same color leather but I could not remember or find what color leather my briefcase was. Mind you, this was almost two decades ago. Lotuff being Lotuff of course had a record of the purchase (even though it's now an archived style) and matched the leather for me. That's the type of old-world artisanal commitment to perfection that rarely exists in this time and age. My hat's off to Lotuff.

This bag is drop dead gorgeous. Excuse me for gushing here. I was looking for a beautiful status symbol duffle to use in conjunction with my Rimowa carry on. I also needed it to fit under a seat on an airplane. I went with the No. 10 Weekender and could not be happier. It is just right. I got the black and the leather smells great and is so supple and rich, the bag is dripping with undeniable hand-crafted luxury, and the brass zipper and details work so well with the black leather I'm just in awe. What an incredible, classy piece to have for decades to come.

I looked long and hard before I pulled the trigger on this first as a gift for my brother and then, out of jealousy, a gift for myself. Got his in walnut and mine in saddle tan.

Quality:
The reviews are legit. The quality of the craftsmanship and the materials is first rate - absolutely top-shelf. The comments you get on the street, at the airport, in the hotel will speak for itself. From the bag to the hardware and the detachable leather strap and lock & keys (gorgeous - just perfect). The construction is high grade; the design is thoughtful and effective.

Practicality:
Amazingly versatile. While it is labeled as an over-nighter, I was able to fit in 4 days worth of clothes in here *and* a pair of loafers - with shoe-trees in. To the reviewer's point below, it does fit perfectly as a carry-on go-to for short business trips (2-4 days). `

P.S. shout out to the staff. Greg was all around awesome. Professional, attentive, and kept the Q&A real. If you have a question about the color/texture, definitely request for the swatches. That helped a ton!
